Amina Muslim Women’s Resource Centre

The Helpline is a listening ear and signposting service for Muslim women across Scotland. It is free from mobiles and landlines and will not appear on your phone bill. All calls are strictly confidential and non-judgemental; Amina will always deal with clients in a faith and culturally-sensitive manner.

Amina can help women in English, Urdu, Arabic, Bangla and Swahili and, when required, using online interpreting.

LGBT+ Helpline Scotland
Provide emotional support and information to the entire diversity of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community across Scotland. This includes queer, intersex, asexual people and all identities under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella. You undertake not need a label to use the helpline. They will support you if you are questioning or exploring your sexuality and/or gender identity. They are also there for the families, partners, friends and supporters of LGBTQ+ people, as well as health and social care professionals who want to be more inclusive.
