    Read—-Beware ALL! Only Lads has LOTS of Russian Twink (18-28 yr old) adj scammers! I met named Ivan Lampa aka or Ivan Baronov 23, then said 25. Someone who seemed nice, then he said let’s go to email. If I only knew, this was the start of trouble. We chatted via email, once a day for over two months. It started with getting to k ow you, then moved to his romantic connections, sending typical outdoor and frequent photos. Then after two months, he said he wanted to leave Russia, as it was not gay friendly he had no friends. He said he wanted to move to me and become my partner, BUT he said he did not have the necessary at funds for a Tourist Visa, could I help! First it was $2800 for airfare, medical, and visa. Then he said he needed $5000 to show he had enough funds for the 99 day trip. I said how about you dad or aunt, no they had tiny. The kicker was he said the U.S. Embassy rep had made an error, and he needed 3K more (8K) total, it sounded larking, then I looked on US Embassy website about fraud... (Read the packed review

    Tell us more about the business, what are the biggest challenges?

    The biggest challenge is that we’re a super small team. People think as we are running apps with over 2 million members we must be a medium or large company. People expect us to be able to move quicker than we can in every respect of business — customer service, social media, new development etc. Getting the customer service response time to under 24 hours was a great milestone for us, launching the blog to create this communication channel feels like another great milestone. Getting the new apps in to members hands is the next one.

    Running an app that has so many members and so much activity (more than 20 million messages exchanged each month!) requires a whole load of attention to just keep it all running smoothly. We’ve had to spend a lot of effort putting systems in place to make sure we can offer the safest possible environment for people to meet. We have a small dedicated team of people working around the clock weeding out people that are there for none-genuine reasons
